چکیده

The difference of deashing performance between the areas positive-to-blowing holes and that non-positive-to-blowing is an important problem causes a non-uniform to flat box filter cartridge, which limits improvement raising ash cleaning efficiency this kind filter. In order solve above problems, influence blowing pressure, distance hole area on was studied. Industrial coating test also carried out investigate verify actual under optimal conditions obtained from investigations. Finally, design method size slotted optimized. results showed at 0.3 MPa pulse can meet requirements best uniformity be obtained. With increase in slot-type nozzle area, pressure facing non-positive nozzles increased significantly, thus overall increased. 273, 546 819 mm2 had effects jet distances 40, 20~40 20 mm, respectively. findings study are great significance provide theoretical experimental reference for parameters selection cartridges industrial application improve dust removal.

Effect of Jet Length on the Performance of Pelton Turbine: Distance between Nozzle Exit and Runner

Pelton turbine is the most commonly used high head impulse turbine with low discharge. For obtaining highest power output from runner one of the most important parameter is quality of jet which strikes bucket tangentially. The quality of jet and its impact work depends on the distance between the nozzle exit and runner along with its angle of strike. In the present paper, the effect of distance...

Effect of Injection Pressure and Size of Nozzle Throat of a Cavitating Jet on Cavitation Peening

Abstract Cavitation peening is a peening method using impacts at cavitation bubble collapses generated by a cavitating jet. In order to introduce compressive residual stress avoiding damage on the peened surface, residual stress of stainless steel was investigated at various cavitating conditions. It was revealed that the large cavitating jet at low injection pressure such as 30 MPa can introdu...
